When you install the App, we access basic store information through Shopify’s API, including:

  • Shopify access token (session)
  • Permission scopes granted by the merchant

This information is required for authentication and to ensure the App functions properly.

Collections, Products and Orders data


To provide analytics features, the App retrieves:

  • Collections and their associated products
  • Orders related to those products
  • Sales amounts, prices, and related analytics data

We store this data securely in our database to generate reports such as total sales, total orders, collection-wise performance, category-wise performance, and product analytics.

No customer personal information (such as customer names, addresses, or emails) is collected or stored.


How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

  • Calculate total sales by collections and categories
  • Generate analytics for products, collections, and menus/categories
  • Display charts using Recharts (such as main categories and subcategories)
  • Provide insights into sales trends, orders, average prices, and product performance
  • Improve the functionality and performance of the App

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties except:

  • Shopify, as required for API communication
  • Service providers who assist in hosting or securing the application (these providers have access only to the minimum data required)

We do not share any store data or analytics data with other merchants or external platforms.

  • All retrieved information is stored securely in our database.
  • We use industry-standard measures such as encryption, access control, and secure servers to protect your data.
  • Only authorized team members can access stored data as needed for support or maintenance.

If you uninstall the App, all stored data related to your store (session, collections, orders, products, and analytics) is automatically deleted from our database.

As a Shopify merchant, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we store about your store.
  • Request deletion of your data at any time.
