Total product sales / number of orders
Average Sold Product Value
Total product sales / number of products sold
Collections Online
Number of collections published online.
Collections with Sales
How many collections had sales in a selected time period. Note that the collections with sales don’t have to be online right now to be included here.
Orders
Number of orders
Products Per Order
Number of products sold / number of orders.
Doesn’t include cancelled products and orders. Refunded products are included.
Product Sales
Monetary value of products sold. Counted based on the time of sales (created_at), not fulfilment.
- Includes unfulfilled orders. We are interested in sales, not shipping.
- Excludes only cancelled orders (cancelled_at is not null)
- Does not include:
- refunds, discounts, shipping
- refunds, discounts, shipping
Products Sold
How many products were sold. Doesn’t include cancelled products or orders. Refunded products are included.
Sales Per Collection
Product sales (store level) / Collections Online (right now).
Products Online
How many products (not variants / SKUs) are online right now.
Product needs to be active and published in the Online Store.
Products with Sales
Number of unique products (not variants / SKUs) were sold.

Important note: Hierarchy sales calculations are first-match-wins means that the first subcategory, and thus main category, get product the product sales. If all sold products belong to a category then the numbers should match 100% to the store level product sales.
Important note 2: Collection sales are given to ALL the collections that have that product. In practise this means that the sum of the collection sales could be significantly higher than the store level product sales.
